  • Equilibrium Fitness Challenge 2011 Winners

    Our chapter won 1st place in the Equilibrium Sorority Fitness Challenge! Our girls earned the most workout points by working out during the 2 point time slots, taking the weekly suggested class for an additional 3 points, and bringing in a workout buddy for even more points. We encouraged each other, looked for ways to earn extra points, and worked together as a team. Congratulations ladies!

    Campus Total Honor Roll

    Our chapter was honored with this award at AOII's Leadership Institute 2010 for our outstanding academics! We are so proud of our sisters for excelling academically as well as in our many extracurriculars!!

    President's Community Service Award - Greek Community Contribution

    The President's Community Service Awards are presented to students, faculty and staff for their contributions to the quality of life in San Luis Obispo and their spirit of civic engagement. Awards are given to highlight specific achievements in service. There are several categories of awards, and we are so honored to have received the Greek Community Contribution award contributing outstanding volunteer service to the community of San Luis Obispo County!

    Jessie Wallace Hughan Award

     We won the JWH for being the best collegiate chapter! The JWH Award is very special because it is only given out every two years and it signifies that the awarded chapter is the best AOII chapter of all other chapters in the world! Being the best collegiate chapter means that we showed the most outstanding service to our college and fulfillment of obligations to Alpha Omicron Pi. This is a HUGE honor, we are all very proud to be Chi Psi members and to be involved with such an amazing group of girls!!

    Seventeen Magazine Best-Dressed Sorority

    Our chapter, AOII Chi Psi, won Seventeen Magazine's Best-Dressed Sorority Contest! This is our first year entering, and we are so excited to have won. As the blurb on the website says, we not only share our sisterhood, but our wardrobes as well! We are very excited that Seventeen Magazine will be donating to a local San Luis Obispo charity in our name, as philanthropy is very important to us. Check out this link for more information!     Ruby Award

     The Ruby Award honors those chapters that have accomplished at least 90% of the Standards of Excellence, which are guidelines set forth by AOII International for chapters to uphold.


    Outstanding Corporation Performance Certificate

    This award honors those corporations which exceed the standards articulated on the Corporation Performance Certificate.

     

    Outstanding Risk Management

    Our chapter was recognized for our incredible Risk Management at the 2009 Greek Awards!

    Alpha Omicron Pi -- Strike Out Arthritis! Award
    Given to those chapters which donate money to our philanthropy; our money brought in via Mr. Fraternity is given to this philanthropy.
